Last Lecture
I just saw the video of Randy Pausch's last lecture. What a gift to us all.
I love basketball. I studied Russian for 7 years and loved the great Russian novels. Martin Luther King, Jr.came to Wesleyan University in the fall of 1963 and his talk and my own conscience and search for adventure led me into the Mississippi Summer Project. I worked in Ruleville, Mississippi and lived next door to Fannie Lou and Pap Hamer.
I became a Presbyterian minister and served 4 different congregations in NY,Ohio, Pa and NJ. I served the Watchung Ave.Presbyterian Church in North Plainfield, NJ for 29 years and retired last July. I have been heavily involved in community organizations dealing with housing, refugees, international partnerships.
